What do you do/call it when you have a daddy kink but can't call a partner daddy?

My partner is basically the epitome of a soft daddy dom and I live for it. He takes care of me, scolds me when I'm naughty, tucks me in at night, holds me when I'm sad, and if he feels like it, makes me his toy no matter what I say. I just can't call him daddy. For background I recently lost my father to cancer last July and not knowing that it was weird I kept calling him my daddy up untill he passed. So you can see why it would make me feel weird to use that term in a sexual way. I've tried master before but it just doesn't have the same oomph to it. Any recommendations?
