Karens story fucks up the timeline.

At the end of the Sunset arc we see elio theidore and karen in the desert. Karen tells Theodore that she doesnt need orders to live and that she makes her own decisions. But her storyline is set after that, when Theodore is in hiding. Her entire story is about her making her "First real decision" and becoming independant from Theodore. So it doesnt really make sense.
