Is it possible to send a few twitter feeds/posts to Telegram without signing up?

I have tried to join twitter a few times, and before I start using it, I get a 'You have been suspended' notice. So I email them and they reply saying they'll lift it, and then I'm suspended again. I gave up, it's just a pita.

I'm not really bothered except that some of the music magazines I like to follow often post some good things.

Is there a way to import some twitter feeds into Telegram, preferably as one group/channel without signing up for twitter?

Or any other way of doing something similar that anyone could recommend? Many of the Music magazines no longer have RSS (that I can find) so I can't use that.
