Newbie Question - Monstrous form for Seventh Cross

Hi All. Just a newbie getting into UFS. I got introduced to the game with the Seventh Cross. Alot of these character seems to rely on it's own character card and the monstrous character card. But the monstrous is a promo? So how would you even get 3 or 4 of these for a deck?
