Thoughts on Microsoft’s Exam 70-483 Programming in C#

Guys, was wondering if someone can share the experience or pros and cons of attempting to Microsoft’s Exam 70-483 Programming in C#.

Content looks good to me but just couple questions.

Question being Is it still relevant ? Is it still respected by good employers? What’s recommended resources? (Other than MS book - Exam Ref 70-483 Programming in C#)
