For those who play level 9 CPU’s on ultimate, is there a particular character that you find seems to play a tier above the rest of the characters like it’s a level 10?

I don’t have many people in my area who play smash, and my wifi is trash so doesn’t mix well with already bad nintendo servers. So i spend most my time just practising 1v1 matches against a random CPU set to level 9. It’s got to a point where I can consistently beat each character it chooses convincingly apart from 1 or 2. For me Mario/Dr Mario is a whole other beast who i’ll struggle to beat without it coming down to a point where it’s the next hit that wins. It’s like playing a top 100 player in comparison to the rest of the characters at level 9.

So I was curious, does anyone else have anything similar to this.
