Can you legally stream video secretly if you don't record it in a two-party consent state?

Say for example someone was having a conversation with someone and decided that they wanted to livestream it for their friends to view or something similar without informing the other person. Assuming the streamer didn't record the stream would they be breaking the law? I live in Virginia which is one party, but I am curious as I assume that this would be illegal in some 2 party states and not in others depending on how each states laws are written.
