Settings on charger 2

Thank you in advance.

So I just got a charger 2 damper upgrade to my yari fork. The low speed and high speed compression are independent with no lock out.

I am fairly large 240lbs and 6'4" and would like some help with the fork settings. I am a new rider. Any ideas?

TL:dr - large guy needs help with fork compression settings.
