Mixers comprised of mostly stereo pairs?

I'm working on a hardware setup that for now is all running through an interface to Ableton for mixing but eventually would like to move away from that so I don't have to take a computer everywhere. I'd like to buy a mixer but my issue is that most smaller ones seem to only have one or two stereo pairs. I'm hopefully looking for something with about 4 mono channels and 4 stereo channels (12 channel total), with EQ per channel (at least low and high), and either two stereo aux or one stereo aux and built-in DSP.

In contrast, if there is a board that is nothing but stereo pairs I suppose I could buy a cheaper mono-inputs board and at least submix my drums there.
