Linking LMoP, DHWD and RoT. Is it possible?

Hello, this is my first ever reddit post. Please bear with me.

I'm currently a first time DM running lost mines of phandalin, for a group of 5 complete newbies. We are only a few sessions in, but they are really enjoying playing D&D, and I've been told Waterdeep would be a fantastic place to take them next. Ultimately, I want them to play, rise of Tiamat.

I need help, making this happen, as I don't know how to structure this in a cohesive fashion.
