Chris Harrison and the next bachelor

I saw on another board that Chris Harrison apparently did an interview where he said they're 75% sure who's going to be the next bachelor, does anyone remember this interview? If he did say this, who do you think he was talking about. I'm leaning toward Peter. He's final 3, but all of his time with Hannah has been shown, and he gets lots of ITM time as well. He's getting an overall great edit for someone who's not final 1 or 2.
