I don't think my gf is that interested in me

So me and my gf have been dating for a month now and I think I might be doing something wronge. This is because she never texts me first or can hold a conversation and just responds with the same thing. It seems she never wants to get close to me either around friends. Is it her or am I just being clingy and over thinking?
