My Girlfriend wants me to build her a commander deck.

So my girlfriend wants me to build her a deck for commander, she is very into any cards with horse artwork really so I was thinking knights because horse tribal is lackluster. I'm looking for any ideas or suggestions to possibly help me make this think work.
