please help with black screen

Hi all

i downloaded dolhpin 5.0 and it initially worked well but at some point it stopped loading the games. i remember doing some research and reinstalling/fixing it but now it won't work anymore again. i keep getting a black screen and then it stops responding whenever i try to play. can anybody provide advice? Thanks
