IBS in the morning
I’m a high school student and I’ve had IBS for most of my life starting around 7 (16 now) and at the moment it’s the worst it’s ever been, I sure it’s related to the stress and anxiety I’m feeling right now because I haven’t had many flares up in the past years. But for the last 5 months it’s been at its worst. I’ve noticed that it’s the worst in the morning and my stomach makes a lot of noise accompanied with pain in my stomach. I was wondering if here are any suggestions of what I should to do to make the noise and pain recede just a bit. It’s really embarrassing and stressful in class. I’m not sure if it’s what I eat in the morning or at night, I following the FODMAPs to my best. I’m also talking medicine to try and relive acid in my stomach. Suggestions/help anyone?
