How to get my dog to stop jumping on people she loves?

Maybe this is an obvious answer? I’m not sure but we’ve tried ignoring her, not giving eye contact, crossing our arms. She still does it to specific people she loves. For context, she’s very anxious and people avoidant. So, when she’s into someone she gets REALLY into them. But she’s big and when she jumps she’s as tall as me! It hurts because even though we cut her nails they’re still long. Help :(
