Publish JS file generated using Webpack and use it in React applications

Does anyone know know to publish a library (to NPM of course) which generated using Webpack and how to use it in React applications?

I see most of the NPM libraries have lib folder which contains multiple folders. What I want to achieve is, want to publish two files(one is d.ts and big JS file) instead of publishing lib folder with multiple folders.

I couldn't find any way to do this. Is it possible? If yes, please help me out
