Sylas opinions

Hey everyone I’ve been playing a little bit of sylas recently, I mainly play him for his unique gameplay from his ultimate mechanics. I play mainly for fun but of course always try to win as much as possible. How is sylas in the jungle and what other roles besides mid does sylas accel in? What matchups should I be looking to pick him into, and what matchups should I 100% avoid. Also are there any very unique interactions with enemy ultimates that I should know about to avoid stealing a useless ultimate?
