Help with temps/upgrades

Hello,

I was looking for help selecting new better case and mobo for my current PC. Mainly, with current set up, I am not very happy with the mobo as can"t OC CPU. Also, GPU temps stay pretty high (75-79 C range) when under heavy load. Wonder if you could provide insight in how should I improve it. I'm thinking maybe of Meshify C case and better cooling for temps and B450? Not sure which one though as many different brands. Also, will swap ram for 16 or 32 GB soon.
Any help is appreciated. :)
