Misleading/Weird Facebook Group (Regina Human Trafficking Prevention)

Has anyone seen this "Regina Human Trafficking Prevention" group on Facebook?

I stumbled onto it the other day and read through a good chunk of the "reports". It seems 99% if not 100% of these reports are fabricated. Every report always has a "member" that wrote in claiming event X happened at location Y and describes the assailants without zero evidence of their ethnicity but always jumps to something like "Nigerian" or "East Indian/Arab" which then leads to weird racist posts by people who are clearly of color.

ie: "All these people have something in common, they're muslim, etc etc blah blah go back home blah blah".

A recent post was something like, "my friend got kidnapped and raped and I was there! and the police came and got the guy and she didn't press charges". I don't think you can just turn down a rape charge if the police did a rape kit on you and actually have the assailant in custody (someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm most positive the police just charge the assailant). Another story was a girl claiming a car stopped and stared at her and she called the police because she knew they were going to kidnap her because they happened to stop their car while she was walking.

After every "story" it's just crazy/racist bullshit comments towards the alleged "Arabs, East Indians, Somalians, Nigerians, etc". How is this page even up?

* I did see a few people call this shit out and say they had called the police to ask if any reports like these came in and RPS said no
