Lower Back Pain when MDing Psilocybin

Hi,

I MD .25g using the regular 1 day on, 2 days off schedule. On MD days, I get this mild pain in my mid-lower back on the right side (kidney area I believe). Any explanation for this? Anything I should do? Not sure if this is just normal or if I should be worried. Thoughts?
