For the love of god STOP TALKING

..... Is what I want to say to my four year old multiple times a day. I can't, of course, because I don't want her to grow up fucked up and sobbing in her therapist's office about how I ruined her childhood but HOLY FUCK.

And then i also have to be aware of the fact that i'm lucky that she's healthy and that all of this is "DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE" excetera excetera.
