City of Norfolk (salaried position) drug testing

Hi all, I’m going to be taking a salaried position with the City of Norfolk in the next few months and was wondering if anyone knows how anal the city is about drug testing.

The pre employment tests are unavoidable for sure, but does anyone know if they have a reputation for doing random testing as well? I’m hoping to be able to (responsibly) smoke again once I’ve started.
