I miss the love for reading I had as a kid.

As a kid the librarians both at my school and the public library were my best friends we knew each other by name. If I got in trouble I had my book taken away because that is all I did was read. Idk if having my book taken away or just growing up and having other things I need to take care of is what made me loose my interest. But I miss getting lost in a book. I've had Neil Gaiman suggested on several different occasions and I really think I can enjoy pretty much all of his works that I've heard of.... But Idk where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
