Looking for Roommate in Crown Heights $700

Hey!

We are currently looking for a long term roommate, who's currently employed, to move into our 3 Bedroom Apt in Brooklyn. The cost for the room is $700 (not including internet, gas and electricity). We prefer a female for the room preferably in the mid 20s' early 30s' willing to stay a year or more. The bathroom and kitchen is shared, but you'll have a private room with NO CLOSET. If willing to sign the lease, we will be able to give a better deal on the room! We are friendly, respectful and clean roommates with no pets.

The apt is close to the 3 and 4 train, walking distance

Must be willing to move in July 1

A security deposit will be needed to move in and written agreement if you're not willing to signing the lease

If interested, please email us back with information about yourself. We will also send photos of the space to those who are interested

Have a great day!!
