Could I be sued for using this artwork for my podcast?

Intellectual Property

I'm planning to launch a podcast titled The Podcast w/ u/MC_BennyT. To coincide with the jokey title, I also plan to have a minimalist artwork that is literally just text of the show's title.

There's a certain famous rock band who released an album where the artwork is just text stating that it's an album by [band] and its title is [title].

I thought it would be fun/funny to use the same design but insert my name and podcast title. But now I'm wondering if I could get sued for using it. A friend of mine suggested I could because it would function as a 'parody' of that artwork. But I feel it wouldn't really count as a parody.

Or would it only be illegal if I were to profit from the podcast while using that design as my artwork? I wouldn't be making any money off the podcast unless it becomes notable and attracts sponsors which I consider unlikely to happen. If anything, I would be losing money because I'd be paying for podcast hosting services without any income coming in via the podcast.

EDIT: I'm from Connecticut.
