Help wiring simple switch-relay

I have an air horn that I want to hook up separate from my own truck horn. I purchased a switch for that purpose, and then I also have a relay that came with the air horn. The instructions are vague, and not in layman terms.

So to summarize; I want a switch for my 12v system to run independent of my horn button so I can activate the air horn with a momentum button.
