Yeast infection inquiry!

So I have been with the same partner for about a year and half and have had 3 yeast infections since we’ve been together. I had never had a yeast infection before and have had different partners before him. I got a the first one about a month after we had been together. He is also uncircumcised and was wondering if there’s any correlation with our sexual life and my yeast infections. I use the bathroom after every time we’re intimate and even shower most of the time. Any ideas on this?
