Trasnferring funds to Questrade, needs a shareholder release form, customer service rep sends me a SalesForce referral link??

I was told I could either submit a T2 from my corp and a schedule 50 or sign a release form to transfer some funds into a personal account from my corp. I said sure I'll sign the release form, sounds easier. I get an email from the rep and it opens a SalesForce referral link. He also wants me to mention his name in the response email when I send the document back.

Should I be sketched out here? Or is this kosher? Is this just because Questrade has outsourced their CSR?
