Entitled member kicks the pastor

So background. I never went to this church and was told this story by my grandma, relatives, and the modern members. This story may not be totally accurate or have all the details as this occurred a couple years ago but I felt it would do some justice for the story to be heard.

So the church this occurred at had a system where ,if enough members voted for it, the pastor can be kicked out and replaced. I doubt other churches have this system as I never heard of this. This is important to the plot. One day, this seemingly random guy, the guy I will refer to as Entitled Asshole (EA for short), asked the pastor to cut his long ass grass. Now as far as I know, the pastor doesn't do this cause his job is to preach. He told him he just hired some guys to do it. EA simply shook his head and said that he was tired of seeing it and he wanted the grass gone now. So he would have to do it. He said that he can't even if he wanted to. Rather than EA filing a complaint, he decides to get into a conflict with the pastor and posted random notes around the church saying that he should have cut his own grass himself and that he was a bad pastor. The Pastor started a voting session. Apparently EA was a member of that church and he had brought a bunch of friends who where also somehow members. There were so many, even if everyone he knew said that they wanted him to stay, EA and his friends were enough to give him the boot. So, the Pastor is no longer the Pastor and works elsewhere. This caused my relatives to stop going for a while and for my grandma to move churches.
