I harrased my classmate when I was young

So when I was in 10th grade, there was this girl who I was kind of attracted to (we had some encounters like rubbing her thighs). So she asked to be my girlfriend but I kept her hanging. So one day I invited her to my house to study. We did the homework, then were chatting and stuff. So my horny teen mind thought that I might get laid. But I was seeing some other girl from school too and she told me why did i not invite her. I kind of wrapped my arms around her shoulders trying to kiss her (she was short). She said that she's gonna scream. So I panicked and asked if something's wrong and she just left. And I apologised to her over text and she asked me not to talk to her ever again. Idk if that counted as sexual assault and now I'm 19 and still think about it and hate myself for it.
