Favorite Aliens in Media

So there are some AMAZING Aliens out there in fiction! With weird body designs so different from out own, societies so alien, if you forgive the pun, to our own , and mindsets and backgrounds so different from our own that they may be impossible to understand. At least at the beginning.

My personal favorite Alien Species are the Protoss from Starcraft 1 and 2. The Protoss are a group of aliens who possess no mouths, are MASTERS of Telepathy and Psionics to the point of being able to manifest arm-blades of Psionic energy, breed slowly and are initially such MASSIVE fucking zealots that their first action seen on screen BEFORE the first mission of the game is hearing them Exterminatiousing planets left and right for Zerg infection.

We later see this Zealotry broken out of them over the course of two campaigns and the discovery of the Narazim, Dark Protoss, who they attempted to genocide before joining up with them and they eventually become the most unambiguous big Goods of the setting when Artanis takes control of the Daeleem bringing together the various Protoss factions and cultures together to take back Auir.

So we have a Dogmatic, Psionic, Mouthless, Digitigrade, Warriors who join together with their AI, Sith Culture, Edgy Dark Culture, to become the BIG GOODS of the universe. They are the Eldar if the Eldar actually became more interesting then being dickish Space Elves.

They are my favorite Aliens in media at the very least. What about the rest of y'all? Who or what is your favorite Aliens in media, sentient/sapient or otherwise and why? What are they from? And why do you love them so much?
