Planning animal food stocks for winter.

Is there a way to find out how much all your animals, or even specific animals are eating per day? I'm finding it hard to work out how much food/greenhouse space I need to reserve for them to get them through the winter. Even working out how much kibble will last for a few days seems pretty iffy.
