Domestic Violence Survivor Query

I am 1 day out of an extremely difficult situation and I need advice and help. I was living in a 600 square foot cabin in the middle of the Cleveland National Forest with a man who had promised to marry me after I gave up everything to move 600 miles away from my home and take care of his mother. It didn't work out and I moved in with who I thought was the love of my life. After a few weeks it went bad and he became emotionally abusive. I had no resources bc I wasn't working due to a bad hip that needs a total replacement. As the weeks went by things got worse as I prepared for my surgery while all he could do was get drunk, yell and ask why it wasn't happening faster. I began working on an exit strategy with my wonderful therapist. I started saving what I could from my small disability checks and secretly packing up my things that he wouldn't notice. I began calling as many as 15 shelters each week but there was no room. 2 days ago he became physically violent. The police came (he called). They removed him for the night. I went and got a restraining order but there are no Shelter beds available. I am disabled, scared, homeless and in pain... What can I do now to make myself safe and not have to sleep in my truck? I am new to Reddit and this is my first post.
