Invisalign appointment - questions to ask.

I’ve been a lurker for a while and I am finally in a position financially to start Invisalign.

The main thing I’ve learnt is to go to an Orthodontist and I’ve found one not too far away who is a platinum provider. People that have already started the process, can you help me with what questions I should be asking? I am conscious that even a platinum orthodontist is a mark of quantity, not quality.

I had an appointment with a dentist before I joined this group, who admitted they had very little experience with Invisalign and was quite pushy towards traditional braces, but confirmed I was a candidate for both. I was so keen to start that I would’ve probably have paid then and there if I hadn’t needed to save for the deposit.

If this has already come up (which I imagine it has) I couldn’t find it! I’d really appreciate some questions to go in with so that I don’t get caught up and make the wrong decision.
