[REQ] Looking for someone to redraw a tattoo design of mine.

I made this sketch of a design I want (found here -> https://artisticarmoury.tumblr.com/post/185362919970/looking-for-someone-to-turn-my-sketch-into-a-nice ), but I don't have the skills to turn into what I'm looking for. I have a general budget of $60 (As long as I do split payment before the drawing and after). If you're interested, please leave a link to your portfolio and what your prices are!
