Sent a Gameboy now the buyer is claiming it never came.

I sent a Gameboy last week and I got a case opened this afternoon. I have the recpit and tracking number of the package and it says it was signed for on the 31st. He lives in a uni halls so I would assume it went to his post room. How likley am I to win the case as I have lots of proof?
