How to Handle Inaccurate Comments on Post?

I just got a lowball offer on a NWT pair of jeans. I counteroffered, much higher than her initial lowball offer. She then proceeds to comment on the item, saying they're "on the website for the same price...maybe you will work with me". I'm a lil frustrated so thought I would post here before I hastily respond and say actually you're wrong, but feel free to buy them there then! First - just triple-checked their website and the exact pair I'm offering are NOT listed. And 2nd - I still offered her a great price, even tho it's double her initial lowball offer. Should I reply to her comment? Just ignore? I'm just annoyed she put that comment there on my item for all the world to see now grrrr...
