Elgato Stuttering (HELP)

So my Elgato randomly started stuttering while recording (clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1KVPjcWQyo )

This has happened once before but the next time I recorded it was fine.

In the edit page of the elgato section my clip is just sped up massively along with the stutters.

It is also the same in the TS file.

Does anyone know how to fix/ resolve this and if my game play is saveable?

Thanks
