Initial Setup - recommendations (Plex, SABNZB, RADARR, SONARR) - Network questions

I've had my NAS for about a week now, I've set up Plex, sabnzb, radarr, sonarr using container station. Everything is working well. As I start to get rolling with everything i want to make sure I chose the smartest/best configuration options. For example, I chose to bridge vs nat for the containers, so they each have their own IP. I set static IPs for the two NICs, each with a different IP. Also at one point I went throught the cloud access and set up a certificate, but I have another computer on my network that is on port 443 and my router forwards 443 to that computer, so that ended up causing some conflicts, so for now I've stopped.

I guess my questions are really just looking for general advice on the network config. Does anyone expose thier NAS? Should I? Do you use Host, bridge, NAT for your containers? Pros/cons?
