Best laptop for CS (Surface pro 6, laptop 2, xps 13)

Hi :)

I am looking for a new computer for computer science. Have been looking at the Surface laptop 2, Surface pro 6 and Dell xps 13. Any recommendations? How is the keyboard on the Surface pro 6? Worth getting the pro 6 so I can take hand notes?
