Audio cuts out w/ USB C to 3.5mm converter once in a while, across all apps, only fixed by reboot
What's up everyone.
I have had the OnePlus 7 Pro since launch. I have Bose QC 20 In Ear noise cancelling headphones. I don't mess around w/ wireless headphones for commuting, if I'm ever going to get them it will be the in-ear Bose noise cancelling airpod/earbuds things but those are scheduled for release in 2020.
I have the google USB C to 3.5mm converter and the HIDIZS one.
The way the error occurs is that I will be listening to Spotify or whatever, when I pause the music/sound using the external buttons from the headphones, it will freeze the audio. The audio then doesn't start across any apps on the phone. Then i get this sort of static/clicking sound through every app that is creating sound.
The first time this happened I assumed it was the USB C connector, but I tried it with both the ones that I have. I have only been able to fix the issue by rebooting the phone.
Has anyone else had similar issues? Any help or ideas greatly appreciate.
P.S. Yes I know I could get around this by getting wirless headphones but see above as why I'd prefer not to go down that route at this moment in time.
