Anyone consider putting your printer on a UPS (battery backup)?

My wife just let me know the power flickered at home and it was enough to kill my prints. Anyone have any recommendations on running 3D printers through a UPS? If so, which models/brands? I am running Creality CR-10 printers. Figure I would need a separate UPS for each printer.
