Drone harassment of livestock. What are our rights?

A drone regularly harasses our livestock. We suspects who owns the drone but are not 100% sure. I stopped my husband from shooting down the drone (which I thought would probably be illegal).

What are the best legal actions at our disposal to put an end to this?

We live in Mississippi.
