Ducky One 2 TKL Spacebar Other 2 LEDs not lighting up

So you all know that the spacebar of Ducky One 2s have 3 LEDs right? One main in the middle and two secondary LEDs on each side. In preset modes, such as the Wave Mode or Full Backlighting Mode, the secondary LEDs work just fine. However, whenever I try to make custom profiles, only the main LED lights up. I have a sample album here to demonstrate it. I have come across other posts with this problem in r/mechanicalkeyboards and none have answers so I thought I'd bring this up here. Anyone know what's causing this?
