Ekko One Trick Advice - Climbing Quickly but wondering I need to change it up.

So I just recently started playing league again after a 2 year break. Came back to my main Ekko and have went from Iron 3 to Bronze 2 in about 2-3 weeks. At what elo does Ekko start becoming less viable.
