Does anyone else notice that Destiny will go from analogy to analogy until 1 sticks?

I just realized this. But if you notice, he will use analogies and propose them as a question. Then when you disprove his analogy, or answer his analogy in a way that doesn't suit his narrative, he'll just drop the analogy and move onto another analogy.

Like, just look at when he uses the "kid walks into your cabin while there's a blizzard". When the guy shows him that he's not responsible, Destiny just drops it. but never acknowledges that his analogy was false.
