Looking for the best value on kitchen cabinets
We’re buying a house and the kitchen needs a total overhaul. Originally I was leaning towards IKEA and/or Semi Handmade, but the more I looked thru this sub, the less sold I was. Has anyone had them for 5+ years, or found solid wood for a decent price elsewhere? I don’t want to do all this work to have to do it all again in 10 years.
Also looking at Kitchen Direct based on some threads here. Has anyone had them 5+ years? Thoughts?
Edit: By “value” I mean a combination of lower cost, quality material, and longevity. As in it could be a better value to spend more money on a stronger material that’ll last longer, but not always.
