Can an employer change pay dates without notice in ontario?

My employer has chosen to change our pay date to every second friday when it has been tuesdays leading up to this pay period. I was given no notice and have bills that require paying by latest tomorrow, 3 days short of the new pay period. Is this legal and what are my options?
