Are there any external nvme m.2 enclosures that use thunderbolt 3?

I can't find thumb drive form factor enclosures that use anything, but USB 3.2 gen 2. I want a low end nvme drive like the Intel 660p, but that still needs USB 3.2 gen 2*2 or thunderbolt 3 to run at a decent speed. If this doesn't exist please tell me.
